Vendor Bid - Remodel and Minor Renovation at 60 Ind Pk Rd, Plymouth for PCRA

Remodeling and minor renovations of office space and some site work for the future Plymouth County Retirement Association office located at 60 Industrial Park Road, Plymouth MA

Pre bid walk through meeting will be held on site at 60 Industrial Road, Plymouth (back door entry) on Wednesday, April 21st, at 10 AM.  Bids are due to Plymouth County Commissioner's Offices (44 Obery St., Plymouth) May 14, 2021 at noon.  Bid Awarded no later than May 21 with commence date of project no later than July 1, 2020 and substantial completion by August 15, 2020.                                                          

Plans available by contacting Frank Basler, Plymouth County, at fbasler@PlymouthCountyMA.gov on or after April 16, 2021 at noon.  Plans and bid package will be emailed to candidates.  Additionally, the package is available in person at noon on April 16 at the Plymouth County Administration Offices, 44 Obery Street, Plymouth MA.
