PLYMOUTH COUNTY COMISSIONERS INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES OF LAND RECORDS

Sealed bids for land record transcription services for a period of eight (8) months, with an optional renewal of an additional six (6) months, for the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds will be received at the office of the Plymouth County Commissioners at 44 Obery Street, Plymouth, MA until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at which time all sealed bids will be opened and read.  No bid arriving after that date and time will be considered for any reason.

Specifications will be available starting on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 11 AM at the Plymouth County Commissioners’ Office at 44 Obery Street in Plymouth or by emailing Frank Basler, County Administrator, at fbasler@plymouthcountyma.gov.  Questions pertaining to the expectations of the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds should be directed in writing to Frank Basler, County Administrator, via email at fbasler@plymouthcountyma.gov.

All aspects of the IFB must be followed in order to be a responsive bidder.  IFB procedures and award of contract are in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, as amended, plus all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Acceptance of bid is subject to funding.

The Plymouth County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids in total or in part as they deem to be in the best interest of the County of Plymouth and the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds.
